Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Puremaiden (the "Bot"), a Discord application operated by the Puremaiden team ("we", "us"). By adding the Bot to a server or interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
1. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age requirements, to use the Bot.
2. The service
The Bot provides moderation tools (bans, kicks, timeouts, warnings, notes, channel locks, message purging) and activity logging (messages, edits, deletions, attachments, member, voice and server events) for Discord servers. Features may change, be added or removed at any time without notice.
3. Server administrators
If you add the Bot to a server, you are responsible for:
- How the Bot is configured and used in that server, including which logging features are enabled.
- Informing your members that moderation actions and activity in the server may be logged, where required by law or Discord policy.
- Ensuring moderation actions taken through the Bot comply with Discord's policies and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Bot to harass, dox, stalk or otherwise harm anyone.
- Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's terms.
- Attempt to exploit, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Bot or its infrastructure.
- Abuse bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them to us.
5. Termination
We may restrict, suspend or stop providing the Bot to any user or server at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.
6. Disclaimer
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that logged data will be complete or preserved.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, community, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot, including actions taken by server moderators through it.
8. Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
